The cooling capacity distribution controller is a CDU liquid cooling control unit that can be installed in a 19-inch standard server cabinet. Through liquid-liquid exchange, the RM060 can provide a safe, reliable, and clean liquid cooling circulation system control for a 60kW liquid-cooled server.

  • Separate the chilled water in the primary side for the computer room and the equipment cooling water in the secondary side, and provide low-pressure and clean coolant for server cooling.

  • The rack-mounted CDU provides delivery flexibility. It can be installed in the server cabinet for overall delivery, or it can be installed separately in the CDU cabinet as computer room equipment for delivery.

  • Dual-pump design provides 1+1 redundancy for the system's moving parts.

  • Dual-power supply design provides 1+1 redundancy for the system's power.

  • The integrated secondary side filter provides 50-micron built-in filtering for the secondary side loop. The large filter area not only improves the filtering effect but also reduces the filter pressure loss.

  • The full copper welded plate heat exchanger with a stainless steel S316 structure brings higher efficiency. A 4℃ temperature difference between the primary and secondary sides can provide a cooling capacity of 50kW.

  • The design of the stainless steel quick flange connection method facilitates the installation and maintenance of pipelines, and the quick-mounting chuck connection method on the back of the chassis.

  • Constant pressure difference or constant flow control, with manual control and forced control functions.

  • Alarm information provides real-time equipment operation status.

  • Modbus/RS485 communication is used for BMS monitoring, supports multiple communication protocols, and can be connected and coordinated with the cabinet management server.

  • With a cooling capacity of 50kW, the power consumption does not exceed 700 watts, which is highly efficient and energy-saving.

  • Supports warm water cooling, has a low PUE, reduces operating costs and saves energy.
